drag and drop to sort pages and categories

  • Sorting pages is available by manually adding a number to the “page order” field.

    1) Sorting categories is not possible.
    This is a feature request to make it possible too, by putting a number like for pages.

    2) Putting a number isn’t a practical way to order pages.
    Check this out: https://tool-man.org/examples/sorting.html > this shows a javascript+CSS drag and drop system do sort lists (thanks to ColdForged, he posted this link in the IRC #wordpress channel).
    It wopuld be nice to have such a drag and drop way to ordr pages and categories.
