  • I too am having an issue with this plugin. I am using Twenty-Ten theme with a Child Theme directory that only contains a style.css sheet. I cannot figure out which file to place the <?php the_block(‘name’); ?>

I am receiving 4 lines of this error: Warning: fopen(/homepages/15/d297112724/htdocs/wp-content/themes/twentyten-child/page.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /homepages/15/d297112724/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/multiple-content-blocks/multiple_content.php on line 64

Is this an outdated plugin that is not functioning or supported any longer? I haven’t seen any recent replies to people’s questions about it.

My main intent is to create a new full page width content block that is the width of the existing content block along with the width of the sidebar. Maybe I am attempting this the wrong way?

    Thanks,
    Janet

Unfortunately I had to stop using this plug in as I couldn’t get an answer to my question. I am now using a similar one (https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/pagely-multiedit/) which seems to work perfectly.

The equivelant code for <?php the_block(‘name’); ?> needs to go in whichever page template you’re using to display your page content. Give me a shout if you need help with this.

Thanks for the suggestion of the pagely-multiedit. I’ve gotten it to display content where I want it but now would like to use the WP-Tables Reloaded plugin in order to style the text in this area. When I enter the short code in the appropriate editor – just the shortcode displays. What do I need to do in order for the shortcode to display the table content? Remember – I am using a child theme which now contains a style.css sheet and a custom page template file.

    Thanks!
