Need help with my Arclite 2.03 template

Hi,
I have a non-profit site using Arclite 2.03 by digitalnature as the base template. How can I extend the white background – see this page(https://www.praiseonwheels.org/?page_id=7) so it will expand whenever I add more content to the page. Where & How do I fix it?
