Sticky Manager and WordPress 3.1 Broken

This may have been my environment, but the Sticky Manager plugin with WordPress 3.1 was broken. It would not properly display.

The fix, should anybody else have the same issue is to go through the sticky-manager.php and do a search for <? (without the quotes). Verify that each of the tags is formatted as follows: <?php . Once I did this, the plugin began working as again as expected.

The reason for this because my install does not allow short_tags in apache. I just thought I’d post this should anybody else run across the same issue.
