[Plugin: Rating-Widget] Able to vote more than once using Firefox

  • Hi need some clarity on the following issue, I noticed that I am able to vote more than once when I use the Firefox browser version 4. I cannot vote more than once on any other browsers except for firefox. Does anyone know why is this so? and is there a solution to rectify this problem?

  • hey Ray66…i have similar issue too…..although i am using FF version 3.6.16

    Are the votes actually being counted? Or is it just letting you click on it again, but the # of votes doesn’t change?

    The votes are being counted thats the problem, as long as you use the Firefox browser in private setting it allows multiple votes. I also noticed it is possible to multi vote in safari as well.

    hmmm…not sure what that would be caused by, unless your browser is set not to accept cookies possibly? what is the URL and I’ll see if I can replicate it in safari or firefox.
