.htaccess mod_rewrite Redirect help

All, I need to get some assistance with my main .htaccess.

Previously ZenCart was installed at the root of a domain, https://www.domain.com/, and WordPress was installed at https://www.domain.com/blog/

Now, the store has been moved to store.domain.com, and the blog to https://www.domain.com

I want to redirect any links existing posts coming to domain.com/blog/post to domain.com/post.

Can anyone provide any assistance on making an .htaccess redirect rule?
