Quick Post Widget – Questions / Help

  • Hello,

    I just installed Quick Post Widget and it is pretty awesome. Just a few questions regarding it though.

    Is it possible to have the visual editor on the post content rather then having to click the “visual editor” button?

    Is there a way to modify the visual editor settings so that users cannot create directories in the image/media uploader?

    Any way to use this plugin to EDIT posts as well?

    In one of the next releases the visual editor will be there by default. Please be patient….

    About editing, the same thing: not yet.

    About creating folders: deep, deep in the plugin you will find the file quick-post-widget/mce/tinybrowser/config_tinybrowser.php.
    Open this file and look for the line which says:

    $tinybrowser['allowfolders'] = true;

    Change true to false. This should do it.
