Uploading Image error

    I get the following error when trying to add an image to a post in a subsite (I have yet to try the primary site)

    image1.png” has failed to upload due to an error
    Unable to create directory /home/click/public_html/wp-content/blogs.dir/20/files/2011/03. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    Any ideas?

    This is a new WordPress 3.1 MU installation
