[Plugin: EZPZ One Click Backup] Writable folders check missing 0.5.1.1 WP 3.1

When installed, it wpould be nice to do a check if the backup/ folder is writable, and move the error.log file here too.

I have to chmod the plugin/ezpz-one-click-backup/ folder to let it be writable by the www-data user so error.log could be created.
