How to incorporate xHTML coded page into wordpress

I know how to we can style a page differently, however I have stumbled on this page https://tympanus.net/Tutorials/MovingBoxesContent/ and want to use this feature for wordpress Gallery section only. I want to code my gallery section differently. Can you please help me with how to use the Jquery effect here?
