[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] Just plain old broken. :(

    I installed Contact Form 7 to see if it would work better. It didn’t. Could there be some issue preventing any contact forms from sending the emails?

    Got it. sendmail was assuming the email was on the same server as the site, which it’s not.

    I’m having the same issue – what did you do to tell the plugin that the email is not on the same server as the website?

    Honestly, HostGator’s tech support fixed it for me. Not sure what they did.

    Sounds like she may have had the mx entry in the cpanel set for a remote email server, such as Google. If so, when she went to check her gmail, or whatever, nothing showed, because the server was retaining the email on its default mx. [email protected] if you need a hand.
