WordPress & IIS 6 (blog not loading)

    Environment is Windows Server 2003 SP2, IIS 6, PHP 5.2.11 (will upgrade to latest ver), MySQL 5.1.34, WordPress 3.1.
    Wordpress installed fine, I can login as admin and other users, but when I go to my site, the page doesn’t load, meaning index.php doesn’t load. That is one of the default content pages set in IIS web site properties.
    PhpMyAdmin works fine, phpinfo loads the config page.

    Any thoughts as to why the main page doesn’t load? What other information do I need to provide here for assistance? (Using Apache isn’t really an option for me. I have other wordpress installs on WAMP and LAMP, but this one isn’t working.)
