Moving wordpress to a new directory.

I’m trying to move my wordpress site, which exists on my root directory, to a new folder titled “blog.” I’ve read the codex many times on how to do this but it isn’t working.

I changed the site url and blog url from jaimehoerbelt.com to jaimehoerbelt.com/blog.
I moved the files in the “wordpress” folder to the “blog” folder.
Now I get a 404 error when I try to view jaimehoerbelt.com/blog or login through jaimehoerbelt.com/blog/wp-login.php

What am I missing?
