[Plugin: Permalink Editor] Works for Google news url change?

Hi!

Our site has been accepted on to google news – however as we are newbies to this, we didnt realize that we have to have our permalinks set with at least 3 numbers in the url, at the moment they are set with just the title of the news article.

At the moment we only have around 4 articles showing up in the google news search by sheer chance that the news titles have numbers in them.

We are aware that by changing the permalink in wordpress manually to put additional numbers in that it will affect our google search and the traffic going to our site.

My question is: by installing your plugin would I have to put in title+month+day in the wordpress permalink structure then use Permalink editor’s customize option to put the permalink of the old url of just title in?

Im very confused as to where to change the permalink and how to create a loop so that posts cant be accessed, creating problems for the the traffic that goes to our site!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
