[Plugin: Private Plus] Simple, does what it says.

I needed this to do exactly one thing – allow me to set private pages to be visible to users lower than “editor.”
It does exactly that.
I didn’t try lowering it all the way to subscriber, because there are other plugins available if you’re trying to create registration-gated content.
My need was to have pages that were only for people contributing to the site.
Worked like a charm.
