Klick on the 1. Category – shows all the child Catagorys

I’ll want to list my Categorys (wp_list_cats) in a dropdown list like this:
https://www.roast-horse.com/tutorials/_tutorials/css_js_collapse_menu/
Klick on the parent Catagory shows the childs Catagorys
Is it posible?
