Client wants to manage their own videos??

  • The client takes his own video testimonials with a video camera and I generally have a friend with video experience take the videos off of the camera and edit them appropriately and then we upload those videos to his youtube page and host the videos on the website.

    Well the client has been asking me lately if there is any way they can take over that process, and I really can’t think of any way they can do it because they take all the video just back to back on the camera so it has to be pulled off, edited, converted, uploaded to youtube and then placed on the website.

    The client is trained on managing the content for everything else on the website, but I can’t think of any way around this, any ideas??
