How do I change the "My Blog" phrase from the top of my blog?

Hi, all! I’m building my new blog, entitled “Toonicorn Studio” – and I’ve just uploaded my custom header. That went fine, but now I’m wondering how I change the “My Blog” phrase at the top of my page? (I’d also like to change the “just another WordPress site” phrase too.) Any help would be greatly appreciated!
