The text coulour is in the stylesheet. Colour are part of your design and separate from your content.

In the style sheet I see this:

	color: #000;
	position: absolute;
	left: -5px;
	top: -14px;
	font-size: 60px;
	letter-spacing: -5px;
	text-transform: uppercase;
}

I’m guessing that you sorted out how to change it to black?
