It's installed, now how to get it online?

  • I have a website host already (iweb), and I have the blog running, but its running off of https://localhost/spectercreative.com/
    how do i get it online now? i am really confused, and I need help. because I don’t have a url for my blog and it won’t run unless i have mamp running (i’m on a mac).

    Please Help Me!!

  • Do you own the Domain name ‘spectercreative.com’? If yes, then you need to go to your hosts FAQ page and look in there – they will 100% definatly have answers to your questions.

    Hi: I have the same setup, and am wondering if you resolved your issues because my online host (wordpresswebhosting.ca) doesn’t offer an FAQ specific to this setup.

    I built a wordpress blogsite using Artisteer template generator, installed wordpress to mamp and migrated blog entries from iweb into wordpress so I could then continue to use iweb to control the overall look and structure of my website; brooklynwarehouse.ca but be able to use the rss feed widget to embed a wordpress generated blog page instead of having to edit blogs on iweb and then have to upload the website everytime.

    I’m having trouble finding any info on the process, but it looks like you’re doing the same thing.
