[Plugin: Welcome Pack] Sends welcome message to 2 member group

Sometimes the plugin will send my welcome message to 2 new members in a group message. It also sends it to both members individually within the group members so to them it looks like it was sent twice. I’m thinking this might be caused by two people signing up at almost the exact same time? I don’t know but it only happens 10% of the time.

Any ideas?
