Charge to post to WP site

  • I’m designing a property rental site and am considering using WP.

    We want to charge people to advertise their property.

    Which is the best way of doing this? Having each property as a post and charging for it? Can we set up prescribed templates for advertisers to post their properties, to ensure that all adverts/posts are consistent and for searching?

    Has anyone done anything similar?

    Nobody know of a way to charge people to post articles?

    I am also trying to find a way to do this.

    I’m looking for a similar solution. It can’t be that unusual to want to charge people to post their content on a site – can it?

    Terribly new at all this but happy to share ideas and experience.

    It looks as if FormidablePro might have some solutions … albeit their PayPal offering, by their own admission, is a bit flaky … Is there any reason this would not work with s2Member?

    I intend to make “sellers” pay to register then pay each time they post.
