How to bulk approve pending posts using PhpMyadmin?

I have an article directory using wordpress where I have set all new article submissions to be sent to the pending queue. But today I checked and there are more than 60000 pending posts which is a tedious work if I have to approve manually. I have already tried to filter out as many spammy keywords and now I want to approve them all using PhpMyAdmin. I tried searching for the same but could not find the query to approve all pending wordpress posts. Can someone please tell me what is the MySQL query for approving all pending posts in wordpress. I am using the normal wp_ prefix and so it will involve wp_posts table I suppose.
