Creating pages that display the posts in one of my categories

I want to create pages for each year I have been posting displaying the entire post (not just a link and a small preview). I am aware this will make my pages rather long.

How can I set up a page that displays the info from one of my categories? I would basically like my homepage to show 2011 and the other pages to display previous years.
