Install won't run

    I’m a newbie at WordPress and installed successfully an installation a few days ago.

    I’ve now tried again and when I try wp-admin/install.php all that happens is it offers me a php file to download rather than the next stage of the install.
    I’m sure I’m being a simpleton here so apologies in advance.
