Title For Site

    Hi I am using Evolve Theme and I am using a Custom banner for the header Image.
    When I create a site Title and description in WP settings it puts it underneath my Image header.

    How can I ensure my site has a Title and Site Description without having to display it? I have tried editing the code with the information I have found here but no luck.
