My members cant register!!! They aren't getting the password email

    For some reason when I tried to sign up using my alternate email adress it said that it would email me the password, but I never recieved it. Other people are having the same problem, if you have experienced the same thing or understand how to fix this please help me it would be greatly appreciated.
