wp-load.php file not opening

  • I recently changed servers and uploaded my latest root directory via FTP. Everything uploaded fine, but when I went to my website at passionispain.com I got this message:

    Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/passioni/public_html/wp-includes/load.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/passioni/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 19

    What does this mean and how do I fix it?
