Metatags Title is "Document Moved"

I have not been able to get Google to rank my page despite quite a bit of work, so I checked the site https://www.mypagerank.net and chose the option Meta Tag Analysis for my site https://ihvnapp4that.info/wordpress. The title meta tag says “document moved.” I imagine that would cause Google to NOT rank my page. Please tell me how I can rectify. I already updated the other sections of metatags by choosing the options under my theme (Askit).
