Need help with a blank template

To make myself a bit clear I want to know what’s the use of twentyten and how do i change the [code]<h1 class="entry-title"><?php _e( 'Not Found', 'twentyten' ); ?></h1>[/code] under the loop.php

what is the purpose of you to change this,i think this will be little bit complex to do that because of there are so many function which contains this keyword.

‘twentyten’ in these parts of the code is used for localisation, i.e. translation purposes.

Just wanna know why do I need to point or name it twentyten.. say if my theme was Bittersweetangel, can I just change the name ‘twentyten’ to ‘bsa’ or something of that sort?
