Similar Posts with Thumbnails

I would like to show 3 similar posts at the bottom of a single post. I would like a thumbnail and the post titles.

Here is an example: wanken.com
If you look at the bottom of the post you will see 4 boxes of similar posts.

Does anyone know how to do this?
