Drop down tab on Catergories menu Bar not working

  • I am trying to put a Categories menu bar at the top of my page. This menu will have the main categories and I want all the associated sub-categories to appear as drop downs.
    When I go to the menu option it only show page or categories. All categories are on the same area no sub-categories.
    Is this normal and how can I get the categories menu bat to show sub-categories as drop downs. I am using menu 2 slot for Categories and menu 1 as pages. The pages menu bar drop down works.

    Problem solved. Just grabbed the Category in the menu and moved it to the right a tads and it became a sub-category. Always remember to read the help file particularly after an upgrade.

    Hi, I would like to do the same. But I only see left, right, footer and Home page (left menu). There have no main top menu section to add in. How do you do it?
