How to set up Word Press

I need help.

I have set up MAMP on my IMAC. I have downloaded a WP theme…set the preferences to find the files on my computer. I then open the start page in MAMP and see the “Welcome to MAMP” page telling me that everything is installed and working. I do not see my WP theme admin page. So what’s next?
