Links to Full event post – 404 error

So recently since the update with 3.1.1, any posts that are dictated as an “Event” post receive a 404 error.

Also the Tag I’ve setup to mean the Event posts is greyed out when trying to create new event posts.

The slug to the post and the tag works fine once the plugin is disabled.
