switch_to_blog broken by w3tc

Activating the w3tc plugin in a multisite environment results in a malfunction in calls to switch_to_blog. The main site’s info is still being passed instead of the info for blog_id. Subsite listings using get_bloginfo show up as the name and link of the primary/parent blog instead of children. For example, using Multisite User Management default site roles setting page displays all blogs with the same name, and using Diamond MultiSite Widgets bloglist widget causes the bloglist display on the site to say the main blog over and over (note that it displays normally on the backend).

Other notes:Multisite install uses domain mapping plugin with subdirectory wp install.
