[Plugin: My Calendar] Day Translation

  • I like this plug-in, really great. I am considering using it on my site, and I am translating it in French. Quite easy. The only issue I have is to replace the “Day” letter in the mini calendar widget, “M T W T F S S” by the ones in French: “L M M J V S D”.

    How can I do this change?

    I am using My Calendar too for our website and I am looking for a french translation of the plugin (specially the admin). Do you agree to share it with us?

    Months tanslation is as follows:
    janvier
    février
    mars
    avril
    mai

    juillet
    ao?t
    septembre
    octobre
    novembre
    décembre

    Thanks a lot for quick response blueliner31 but I am looking for the way to change the same inside My Calendar front end.
    I have changed my wordpress language to french and My calender is showing days and other button text in french but the months are showing in English .I have no idea what is wrong with the my calendar french language file .
    Please help me !

    Sorry, I missed your point.

    The way I use my calendar, the months are actually in French. However, I cannot remember what I’ve done exactly.

    I think I’ve used the plugin “CodeStyling Localization” to translate the month. Give it a try.

    I have installed CodeStyling Localization plugin but could not found Months inside the strings displayed for translation .

    Is there a way I can add french translation for months inside the My calendar french language file ?

    I have same problem.

    Hi fancyy,

    Here is a solutions for the above problem.

    1. Install the language pack of the same language to your wordpress:-

    For example:- you want the My Calendra to be in french then just make your wordpress to french using wordpress localization https://codex.www.ads-software.com/WordPress_in_Your_Language.

    My calendra is taking months names from wordpress thus if you will have you wordpress in french then my calendra months will be converted to french.

    Don’t forget to installed the latest version language pack.

    I have the same problem with the spanish translation. I did the translation with localization for the days, but it changes nothing. I use Qtranslater for my page. Does anyone have any idea?
