Posts not showing when published, Permalink problem.

Hey
Im new to word press and so am technically challenged lol.
Basically since i updated my word press all my posts do not work. Every time I post the Permalink comes up as https://www.pohonline.co.uk/http:/www.pohonline.co.uk/video for every single post. So when i click on it on wordpress it comes up as Not Found.

Help would be really appreciated cos im get REALLY frustrated lol.
