Redirecting to a Protected Page After Login

Hi, im tryingto use Peters Login Redirect, to direct paid subscribers after loggin in, to a members only area. I am protecting that page (and others) with Justin Padlocks’s Members plugin. Users are registered with the Gravity Forms user registration addon. This is a subdomain site on a multisite install.

The redirect works, however, the content on that page still appears protected. If however, i login and go directly to the dashboard or profile page, and then go back to the members only content, it shows. This is driving me crazy! Any idea why this might be happening and how i can fix?
