Some options missing

  • Disable all plugins by renaming the plugin folder. Switch to the twentyten theme and check settings again. If uploading files is there, add all back one by one until it breaks.

    The theme who is installed is Twenty ten like you can see

    and there is no plungin installed too.

    Delete wp-admin and wp-includes folders. DO NOT delete wp-content.
    From a new copy of wp replace those directories on the server.

    The guy did it and it didn’t make any change. Very strange…

    I give him a space on my server and I told him to transfer everything to look if he has the same problem.

    I’ll come back here after to let you know.
