Visual Editor Disappeared

    My visual editor has disappeared. When I logged into my admin and tried to write a post it wasnt there. I tried to check and uncheck the visual editor box in the user profile area. I also tried logging out and back in. Anybody have a solution?

    P.S. I just upgraded 3.1.2

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    I deactivated all of my plugins and reactivated them one by one. One of my plugins was the problem. My editor is back to normal. Thanks for responding!
