W3TC – Site looks fine when plugin is deactivated, Site doesn't work when active

Hello,

My site works great when the W3TC plugin is deactivated. However when it is active the header on my site is misconstrued. The W3TC is currently activated on my site: https://greenandbrownbedding.com . As you can see the header and thus whole site is now messed up. When it is not activated the site is perfectly fine. I want to have this plugin activated instead of simply turning it off. I’d appreciate any help or opinions as to what is going on here. Thank you in advance.
