fatal error on activation

  • Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or ‘}’ in {blogpathhome}wp-content/plugins/text-captcha/text-captcha.php on line 18

    where {blogpathhome} is a string i stuck in in place of my blog’s actual path.

    Hey finklescott — I can’t replicate the error. Can you confirm that you’ve downloaded the latest version? It would be best if you could send me the copy of text-captcha.php that you’re using. You can paste it into the forum between some backticks if you want, or you can create an account at blog.troyvit.com and comment there. Then I can email you directly without exposing your email.
