• The content in the address field is populated in all caps. So there’s no way with css to make it title case. Of course, I can make lowercase with text-transform: lowercase. But not title case.

Why is it all caps? This seems like part of the presentation, which should always be separated from the content right? But maybe there’s some technical reason why the content from Google maps is all uppercase .. I don’t know.

The client would like for the results to be title case, not all caps. I installed a jquery plugin ( https://plugins.jquery.com/project/titlecase ) and even that did not work. Does anyone know any way around this?

PS – I can’t link to the site under development as it is for a corporate client and password protected until launch.

  • Hi,
I think this must be your theme or another plugin. SimpleMap doesn’t hardcode anything in all caps. Do you have a screenshot? What theme are you using?
