How to create forum for my plugin on www.ads-software.com, need help…

I’m a plugin developer and I understand that I can refer users to a forum specifically devoted to my plugin here on the www.ads-software.com forum so I don’t have to have that on my website, but I’m not sure how to go about creating that? Can anyone help?
