Dont fret guys this plugin is the best contact form yet…once you learn how to use it, yes the support may not be the best but once you learn how to use it it works great! I promise,
Creating fields is the first step now you have to scroll down to your manage forms sections (this is the part that confuses), find the form you created(if you haven’t created a form go create one up top) now select the more options tab(this is where all the magic happens). In the more options tab next to your form you will have the options to detach and attach fields.
All the fields you have created will be in the attach fields section, create your fields and attach them there, thats it. You can build some highly customized forms with this plugin, make allowance for the learning curb and you’ll be patting yourself on the back.
