Series interlinks not working

I may have two issues:

says not found.2. https://www.evangelismcoach.org/series/30-days-of-prayer/
redirects to the first post.Neither one shows the table of contents as expected.

Wordpress 3.1.2I have tried deactivate, clear the cache, and reactivate.
I’ve tried resetting the options in the wordpress table to 2.2 as given in some other solutions.Neither of these have worked for me to fix this error.
Series slugs are correct when I look at the manage series table.
Problem occurred some time ago, and I’ve deactivated the plugin. I have tried this week to reuse the plug in.
