[Plugin: DynamicWP Running RSS] Chokes in FF/Chrome

The ticker appears to work in IE/Maxthon
But pretty much chokes/doesn’t display in FF/Chrome/Opera.
I’m curious if caching and minify plugins can cause it to choke as well?https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/dynamicwp-running-rss/
