Second Instal (sep db) blank page.

    Installed one WordPress installation in the root of my site (fdixon.tv) and installed another at fdixon.tv/desert. As you can see (hopefully, otherwise it is just me) the root installation works fine, whereas the /desert installation shows a blank page. I can access the administration panels on the /desert install.

    I have tried several ‘blank page’ fixes and not seen any change. Does anyone have a solution or ideas? Did I just do it all wrong? Installs have separate databases.

  • Check settings->general. Is the WordPress address and the site address pointing to the right place?

    I changed the /desert install to desert.fdixon.tv and then back to it’s regular url and now I can’t seem to log in.

    You will need to reset the urls back if you are familiar with PhpMyAdmin change them in wp_options table

    most likely there is error somewhere in install in wp-config.php check if you have any blank space before <?php as this needs to be first
