Simple Comment Formatting

  • Hi,

    I would like to have a very plain format for comments on my site. What do I need to edit so that I can:

    a) specifify the background color behind all comments
    b) specify the text color of all comments, usernames, dates of posting, etc.

    Is this done in the CSS or PHP?
