No Volusion Icon When Editing Posts

Install went smoothly and I can see all my Volusion products in the drop down under Settings.

However, when editing a post, there is no Volusion icon. To make sure the plugin was working, I enabled the “show some love” feature and sure enough, it added the link in the footer. One thing I notice is that my Gravity Forms icon does show up in the location above the post edit buttons where the Volusion icon is shown in the screenshots.

I went to the seodenver.com/volusion page and it doesn’t exist any more. I also went to seodenver.com and there doesn’t seem to be any reference to this plugin on the site any more.

Should I keep using this plugin or is it being retired? Or maybe being supressed like the wordspinner plugin (bum deal on that one!)
